FORT WORDEN, a public development authority, is a municipal entity that manages the 90-acre campus area of Fort Worden State Park. Fort Worden, in partnership with Washington State Parks, oversees guest services including accommodations in the housing units, campground reservations for the entire Park, other visitor services & custodian services.

Human Resources Manager  
Reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resources function.  Duties include workforce recruitment and retention, training and development, wage administration, performance management, employee safety, benefits administration and compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Director of Sales
Reports to the General Manager and is responsible for the strategic direction of existing and new sales programs for all of Fort Worden experiences. The position requires a seasoned professional to lead our sales team to significantly grow Fort Worden’s events, lodging and food services. Learn more
